Return & Refund Policy
Direct Shipped: Provide your shipping details at checkout, and your item will be automatically shipped for delivery within the time frame listed in details.
Buying with the Shopping Cart
Our shopping cart allows you to purchase multiple KwaBees Global Direct-Shipped products at the same time, which is both convenient and a great way to meet the $49.99 minimum purchase for free shipping in the US.
Add an item to your cart by selecting Buy button at any section within our funnels.
Either proceed with checkout or place add-on products within the funnel to your existing order to add it automatically.
Shipping
The shipping window for a KwaBees Global deal will always be listed in the details of the order or sales page. Some offer the option of expedited shipping for an additional charge, but please note this isn’t an option for all KwaBees Global products.
Returns
While we always hope a KwaBees Global purchase will be a hit, we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out. That's why we try to make the return process as simple as possible.
Unless an item is listed as “discount Sale” in the sales or order page, it can be returned (If kept in good order and NOT used) for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. This applies to Electronic goods, gadgets, equipment, etc.
Clothing items may be exchanged for a new one, but we do not offer refunds.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Refunds
Refunds Permitted:
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. 
 Discount Sale items are non-refundable.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at support@kwabeesglobal.com 
with details of the product and the defect.

Initiating Your Exchange
i. Send us evidence of your payment of the item (receipts, etc) via mail support@kwabeesglobal.com
ii. Attach minimum 3 photos of item
iii. Include tracking number, item number or any unique number associated with your item.
iv. Let us know why you want to exchange your item.
v. Send us the email and wait for 48 hours for a response from our support team.
Shipping and Billing Information
Once you initiate your exchange, we'll refund your original order and apply the refund credit toward your new purchase. If your new item costs more than your original item, the difference will be charged to your original form of payment. If it costs less, we’ll refund you through PayPal
We’ll ship your new order at the same speed as your original order––in most cases, it will arrive within 7–12 business days. We’ll also take care of shipping costs. Unless otherwise indicated, you’ll need to make sure we receive your original item no more than 30 days after you initiate your exchange to avoid being charged again for the full price of that item

Exchange Limitations
You can exchange your item for any size, color, or model that’s still available on the order or sales page. Items aren’t eligible for exchange if:
They’re marked as Discount Sale or Clearance.
You’ve purchased them in the past two hours. Deals purchased within this two-hour window haven't shipped yet and can still be canceled
